Job summary
Agility Robotics seeks a Sr Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering (PCBAs) to lead development and deployment of world-class PCBA test systems. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, define the overall test strategy, and ensure quality and testability across production from NPI to ramp and sustaining support.
In this role you will drive test data infrastructure, partner with Design, SEIT, Manufacturing and Product teams, and champion scalable, reliable testing for high-growth electronics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years in manufacturing test engineering for electro-mechanical or embedded systems.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience building and scaling test teams and infrastructure.
- Experience with ICT bed-of-nails and FCT hardware.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary Manufacturing Test Engineering team.
- Define and drive a global PCBA test strategy across manufacturing.
- Oversee lifecycle management of test assets and documentation.
- Drive test data infrastructure and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with Design, SEIT, Manufacturing and Product teams.
