Job summary

CSX is seeking a Sr Mgr Data & Analytics to lead the Data & Analytics team in Jacksonville, FL. The role centers on architecting data and analytics solutions to enhance business outcomes and overseeing system improvements.

The position requires working with Payroll, HR, Labor Relations, Operations, Technology, and Finance to deliver cross-functional solutions and drive transformation through data-driven insights and BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4-year degree.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in business analysis/architecture, data warehousing, BI, ops research, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate complex financial system and data capabilities for current and future use.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and executive visualizations.
• Analyze large, complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Labor Relations, Operations, Technology, and Finance to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Prioritize competing demands and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead data-driven transformation initiatives and support organizational change.
• Oversee data access and trusted data sources within the CFO organization.
• Develop a three-year analytics roadmap and execute it; train organization on analytics tools.
