Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 2+ years in Labor Relations, HR, or related field.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and advise leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead discipline appeals and interpretation grievances under the RLA.
• Partner with Labor Relations leaders on interpretation and strategy.
• Manage on-property discipline appeals and written communications.
• Advise management on CBA requirements, discipline, and attendance.
• Serve as SME on discipline, attendance, and arbitral precedent.
• Use AI-enabled tools for research, drafting, and case prep.
• Monitor trends and provide actionable insights and training materials.
