Job summary

International Game Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Payment Accounting Operations & Reporting, to lead a high-volume payments team in Providence. You’ll manage accounting operations, funds, reconciliations, and reporting, partnering across Finance, Ops, Tech, and banking partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable processes.

You’ll direct modernization of reporting, drive automation, and coach team members to sustain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payment/financial operations or high-volume transaction environments.
• 7+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with funds management, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Experience producing management and customer-facing reporting.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and settlement timing.
• Advanced Excel for reconciliations and analytics.
• Hands-on with BI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment accounting operations, funds management, reconciliations, settlement support, and reporting.
• Oversee daily payment activity across multiple bank accounts and providers.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions, settlements, and system outputs; resolve discrepancies.
• Strengthen financial controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Tech, and Banks to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Coach team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive reporting modernization via BI, analytics, and automation.
