Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager Portfolio Marketing to lead AI-enabled commercial capabilities and field technology optimization for UPLIZNA. You will collaborate across Marketing, Analytics, Medical, and Sales to translate insights into practical commercial solutions.

The role drives governance, adoption, and performance tracking, reporting to the Director of Portfolio Strategy and working with external partners to scale impact. The position reports to Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters or Bachelors with AI-enabled capabilities and field/tech experience.
• Experience leading AI, Health IT, CRM, field technology workstreams for a complex brand or portfolio.
• Ability to translate portfolio needs into use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI innovation roadmap for UPLIZNA, prioritizing use cases and scale plans.
• Drive field and account technology initiatives to improve customer engagement and decision support.
• Translate inputs into AI-enabled insights and actionable opportunities for optimization.
• Manage technology vendors, budgets, timelines, and governance across multiple workstreams.
