Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B client accounts. This role combines hands-on campaign work with higher-level direction, requiring you to guide planning, testing, and optimization while partnering with Analytics, Creative, and Client Success.

You will help develop the Social practice, coach junior team members, and contribute to new business pitches.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of paid social experience in an agency setting.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Meta advertising.
• Strong ability to tie paid social to ABM, demand gen, and revenue.
• Proven client-facing and mentoring capabilities.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools to enhance strategy and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and performance across multiple B2B client accounts.
• Guide campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization as needed.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Demand Strategy to improve measurement.
• Coach and develop junior team members and align with broader media strategy.
• Shape new business pitches and growth opportunities through paid social insights.
