Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead field operations in Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding markets. This role reports to the VP of Production Planning and requires deep FTTH construction expertise and strong execution discipline.

The person will stand up and scale construction programs, manage contractor crews, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver homes-passed targets safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of OSP experience, including splicing and construction.
• Minimum of five (5) years leadership/people management experience.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Willingness to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stand-up of new market operations including contractor onboarding and build readiness.
• Staffing, budgets (capital/expense), schedules and safety/quality of work.
• Coordinate project schedules with contractors, property management, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end construction delivery from design validation through activation.
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to standards through field inspections.
• Travel across active and emerging markets as required.
