Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Senior Manager, Organic Search on the Marketing team to lead SEO, GEO and GBP strategies for multiple brands. You will drive roadmaps, coordinate with brand leaders, and oversee migrations and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of SEO and Content professionals preferred but not required.
• Strong experience with SEO—deep understanding of search engine ranking criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of SEO, GEO and GBP strategies for multiple brands.
• Develop roadmaps of activities and project manage assignments.
• Organic search point person for head of marketing, brand presidents and other departments.
• Collaborate with technical SEO lead, content lead, Product and IT on website migration projects.
• Lead content and on-page related projects related to site migrations. Assist with technical SEO and GEO projects related to site migrations.
• Perform technical website audits to identify obstacles that may prevent optimal indexation of managed websites.
• Provide technical SEO recommendations to improve organic performance.
• Perform keyword analyses to identify content opportunities including for existing URLs and new landing pages.
• Monitor performance across managed brands. Deliver and present performance reports.
