Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Organic Search Manager to own search strategy, technical SEO roadmaps, and content priorities for a B2B and growing-brand client portfolio. You will partner with writers and AI to execute on the roadmap and articulate the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, local and multi-location SEO, and reporting in GA4/Search Console, shaping quarterly roadmaps for each client and ensuring clear communication with

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience across multiple clients.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing drafts.
Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
