Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an Organic Search Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B clients. You will define the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and in collaboration with writers and AI produce drafts; drive AI search presence, links, local SEO, and deliver GA4 and Search Console reports with quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO and audits.
• Experience auditing and fixing issues end-to-end.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Lead technical SEO audits and fixes.
• Develop keyword strategies and content priorities with writers.
