Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Operations Readiness to lead the MWB Operations Readiness function, ensuring operational changes are designed, prepared, and embedded into day-to-day execution across MWB teams.

You will partner with Operations Innovation and Technology, Change Management, and Training to deliver end-to-end readiness, define performance measures, manage risks, and support deployment through the adoption phase in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations readiness, process management, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional change and readiness initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness for MWB initiatives across lifecycle.
• Partner with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to shape and deliver readiness.
• Define change impact, scope, and prioritization; gather end-to-end process requirements.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across MWB operational processes.
