Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Operations Readiness to lead the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for MWB initiatives, partnering with Operations Innovation and Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure readiness from planning to deployment.

This role oversees an extended readiness team, develops talent, defines performance measures, and guides cross-functional stakeholders through design, testing, and adoption to deliver scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Readiness function within MWB, owning end-to-end readiness for initiatives and changes.
• Partner with Operations Innovation and Technology, operational leaders, Change Management, and Training to ensure readiness for deployment.
• Represent Operations throughout the initiative lifecycle, designing and governing intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes.
• Define change impact, scope, and prioritization across affected teams; gather and validate end-to-end process requirements.
• Define operational performance measures, KPIs, and readiness criteria; support testing and sign-off activities.
• Drive issue resolution, stabilization, and continuous optimization post-implementation.
• Lead Change Management using a scalable framework and ensure role clarity and enablement pre- and post-go-live.
• Drive standardization, clarity, and simplification of MWB operational processes; foster accountability and improvement.
