Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ experience in facilities/ construction/ mechanical maintenance or 5 years’ related experience.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in facilities or construction management or mechanical maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope and objectives and leading a team across stores.
• Assemble management plans, track changes, and manage project governance and budgets.
• Deliver presentations and status reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
