• 1+ year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload and hiring
• 3 years in ops/logistics/retail supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload and hiring

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety)
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify improvements
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide feedback and training opportunities
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of staff
