Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Pedricktown, NJ facility. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in logistics.

You will train associates, manage workloads, review reports and drive process improvements while upholding Walmart policies and customer service expectations. This role requires supervisory experience in logistics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience required.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates by assigning duties, scheduling and monitoring performance.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Train associates on policies and procedures and support hiring and coaching.
