Job summary

ShipMonk is building an Operations Continuous Improvement function to systematically close performance gaps across our fulfillment network. The Senior Manager, Operations CI, partners with the site GM to establish a CI roadmap, drive project cadences, and deliver high-impact improvements through execution and validation.

You will lead CI on-site, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, track KPIs like cost, throughput, and quality, and ensure sustainable adoption through training and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in operations with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing CI or improvement programs.
• Proven track record building CI functions with measurable financial and operational impact.
• Deep proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, distribution center, or high-volume logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the site CI roadmap with clear timelines and accountability.
• Lead change management and train operations leaders in CI capabilities.
• Set KPIs for CI outcomes (cost, throughput, speed, quality) and report to senior leadership.
• Partner with GMs and functional leaders to size opportunities and secure execution buy-in.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence to keep documentation and governance updated.
