Job summary

JFKIAT is seeking a Senior Manager to lead data analytics and operational transformation for Terminal 4. You will guide a team to deliver actionable insights, establish data standards, and drive performance improvements across check-in, security, arrivals, and boarding.

The role partners with airlines and internal departments to optimize SOPs, forecast passenger volume, and improve on-time performance while advancing a culture of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in operations analytics.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and data-driven initiatives in aviation or complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Transformation and Process Improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve passenger experience.
• Develop and execute data analytics strategies to support long-term business objectives and data-driven decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team delivering dashboards, reporting, and decision-support.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and benefits realization.
• Drive strategic alignment and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
