Qualifications

• Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum & instruction, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in instructional design, preferably in higher education or online learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update online and hybrid courses with faculty.
• Coordinate course materials and templates within the LMS.
• Ensure accessibility and consistency across courses and programs.
• Manage workflows for course scheduling and program operations.
• Create faculty guides and onboarding materials for course tools.
• Provide training sessions or office hours for faculty on learning tech.
