PerkinElmer is seeking an Aftermarket Service Sales Manager to lead a Shelton, CT team and grow the service contract business. You will drive renewals, new contracts, and other after-market products, overseeing performance and forecasting results.
You will partner with the service team to expand the contract base, coach a team of 13 inside sales reps, and develop growth strategies for the territory, reporting to the Director, Customer Enablement.

As an Aftermarket Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of direct reports, overseeing their performance, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will report to the Director, Customer Enablement and your role will be pivotal in delivering growth through service contract renewals, contract additions, and other after-market products.
Location: On site in our Shelton, CT office.

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $120,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
