Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Media and Campaign Analytics to deliver analytics and insights that support Omnichannel Commercial efforts in the US and globally. The role involves developing digital campaign analytics, audience analysis, and journey optimization across channels.

The position requires strong quantitative skills, collaboration with marketing and analytics teams, and the ability to present complex data clearly to senior management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/ Bachelor's/ Associate or High school with forecasting, analytics, sales and/or marketing operations experience.
• Experience in analytics, forecasting, or marketing operations.
• Strong ability to communicate analyses to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop secondary data analytics to support digital marketing and campaign measurement.
• Provide leadership with objective insights on campaign analytics and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital leads, analytics teams and partners.
• Develop and deliver analyses using diverse data sources to inform brand metrics.
• Communicate analyses to drive tactical recommendations and tool improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to prioritize analytics needs.
• Partner with brand leads on analytics opportunities across omnichannel touchpoints.
