Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent analytics doctorate required.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years analytics experience OR Bachelor’s with 4+ years
• Associate’s degree with 8 years analytics experience OR high school diploma + 10 years analytics
• Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and dashboarding

Responsibilities

• Design approach and perform secondary data analytics to support strategic decision‑making
• Lead analytical execution by implementing solutions and coordinating readouts
• Enable data‑driven experimentation by establishing KPIs and guiding teams
• Synthesize findings and articulate actionable insights to stakeholders
• Provide senior leadership with objective perspectives on analytics and performance
• Develop analyses using diverse data sources to understand brand performance
• Manage relationships with external vendors to prioritize business needs and enable analytics execution
