Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Media and Campaign Analytics to deliver analytics and insights supporting Omnichannel Commercial efforts in the US and Global Marketing. You will develop digital campaign analytics, audience analysis, and omnichannel journey insights, working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong storytelling with data, collaboration across marketing and analytics, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with forecasting, analytics, sales or marketing operations experience.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing measurement and campaign analytics.
• Experience communicating analyses to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop secondary data analytics to support digital marketing and campaign measurement.
• Provide objective insights on campaign analytics and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital leads and analytics teams to communicate assumptions.
• Deliver analyses using diverse data sources to inform brand decisions.
• Explain analyses to drive tactical recommendations and performance tracking tools.
• Manage external vendor relationships to ensure timely analytics delivery.
• Work with brand leads on analytics opportunities to optimize omnichannel touchpoints.
