Job description

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 28,500 students and recaptured over $139 million in tuition for our university partners . Today we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.

About the role

As our Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, your role involves but is not limited to:

  • Sales content creation: Create and manage deliverables to aid in the success of the sales cycle including pitch decks, case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and other forms of custom work. You will spend a lot of your time writing and crafting business content in slide decks and one-pagers. You do not need to be a designer, but you need to have an eye for design and be adept at creating presentations. You should be able to tell a story that is clear, concise, and compelling, and to translate sales needs into effective assets.
  • Collaboration with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create design templates and collateral that is aligned with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Event and conference management: Plan the conference and event strategy for the sales teams. Manage sponsorships and registrations, and work closely with the sales teams and marketing on pre- and post-conference outreach strategies.
  • Sales process optimization: Track key sales metrics and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to improve sales effectiveness.
  • CRM and tech tools management: Provide management and analysis of the various systems that sales and account management use to track sales activity, provide insights, and support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Assistance with PR/media: Assist the PR team in coordinating media and messaging that is directly tied to sales and account management efforts.
  • Team training and development: Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on sales techniques, relationship management, product knowledge, and best practices. You do not necessarily have to create or lead trainings yourself, but you will gather feedback and design a training calendar and program for the team.
  • Identify, lead, and participate in special projects in support of the larger B2B Operations team. Manage and mentor a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Qualifications
