About The Role:

We’re seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Senior Manager who thrives on detail but thinks holistically. This highly accountable, cross-functional leader will proactively identify issues, ask the right questions, and ensure operational initiatives align with broader business goals.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will lead inventory, fulfillment, and operational systems, ensuring the business is well-covered as marketing, tech, and campaign changes roll out. You will be the key person ensuring backend systems align with top-line strategy and that team execution supports financial discipline and customer experience.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence—optimizing inventory levels and costs, ensuring shipping performance, and successfully implementing marketing and tech change requests. You will bring operational discipline across teams and connect backend operations with front-end results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory strategy and purchasing, ensuring proper stock levels and vendor costs.
2. Oversee daily fulfillment operations and ensure 3PL vendor performance meets targets.
3. Monitor and optimize shipping costs, delivery timelines, and vendor SLAs.
4. Coordinate backend marketing and tech changes, such as campaign updates and system tickets.
5. Develop structured reports to track fulfillment, inventory health, and refund trends.
6. Partner with Marketing, Tech, Customer Experience, and Finance to align operations with campaigns and initiatives.
7. Audit processes, identify misalignments or risks, and address them proactively.
8. Implement systems for better visibility, accountability, and process improvement.
9. Lead or support operational planning for tool migrations, system upgrades, and marketing changes.

What Success Looks Like:

1. Consistent, well-forecasted, and cost-controlled inventory.
2. Seamless, on-time fulfillment within target costs and SLAs.
3. Efficient execution of marketing and tech tickets with backend readiness.
4. Increased accountability and alignment across departments.
5. Backend operations that support customer satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management (preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or fast-paced CPG).
• Proven experience managing 3PL vendors, inventory discipline, and backend performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing and Tech teams on campaign and system execution.
• Strong analytical skills—proficient in Excel/Sheets, KPIs, and cross-functional reporting.
• Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and committed to process improvement and collaboration.
• Capable of managing projects, auditing priorities, and asking critical questions that impact the business.
• Ability to connect backend execution with business performance, customer experience, and revenue.
• Experience in mid-size to growth-stage companies requiring agility and accountability.
