Job summary

Strive Health seeks a Senior Manager for the Performance Team to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic execution focused on total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. You will partner with clinical, financial, technology, and operations leaders to govern, measure, and improve enterprise performance.

Responsibilities include building reporting standards, developing KPIs, and supporting enterprise OKRs. The role requires collaboration, travel, and a hands-on, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years cross-functional experience with Operations and Finance
  • 2+ years of Excel data analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in US healthcare, Value-Based Care
  • Management consulting experience
  • Self-starter with bias for action
  • Strong analytical mindset for building and tracking programs
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills

Job description

  • The Senior Manager on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, strategy development, and execution around total cost of care (TCOC) reduction
  • This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization
  • The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative
  • They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business
  • This role will report to the Senior Director, Operations
  • Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals
  • Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting
  • Support TCOC process and performance reviews with regional clinical and operational leaders
  • Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities
  • Work with business owners to identify and validate value, performance, and goals for new projects and investments
  • Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings
  • Meeting in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events

  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
  • 2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need
  • Analytical mindset, focused on building, implementing, and tracking the success of companywide programs
  • Strong executive presence with polished communication and presentation skills
