Job summary

Better Together seeks a Senior Manager of Development Operations to lead the systems, processes, data, and execution that support our Development team. This role oversees development operations, grants, donor stewardship, revenue forecasting, and reporting.

You will manage the grants and cultivation/stewardship team and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Programs, and leadership to ensure an excellent donor experience from opportunity through funding, reporting, and renewal.

Qualifications

Description:
Better Together is seeking a Senior Manager of Development Operations to lead the systems, processes, data, and execution that support our Development team. This role oversees development operations, grant writing and reporting, revenue forecasting and reconciliation, donor stewardship, and funding integration. This leader will also manage the grants and cultivation/stewardship team and collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Programs, and organizational leadership to ensure an excellent donor experience from initial opportunity through funding, reporting, and renewal.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of nonprofit development experience with a strong background in development operations, grants, donor stewardship, revenue forecasting, and data management. Candidates should have experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Basecamp, along with excellent writing, communication, organization, and leadership skills. This individual should be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, aligns with Better Together's mission and core values, and must reside in Florida.
