Job Scope:

At Liberty Hardware, we aim to create world-class solutions that enhance the way people experience and enjoy their living spaces. We are on the search for an ambitious Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement (CI) to provide strategic leadership in embedding and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This unique opportunity allows you to advance the Masco Operating System (MOS) culture with a long-term focus on uncovering opportunities to change our company for the better. You will champion the organization to pursue growth and efficiency through simplification, standardization and sustainment of activities; lead teams through continuous improvement initiatives; analyze key business metrics and provide coaching and vision to enhance the effectiveness of MOS as a leadership framework.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and lead the deployment of MOS, building an internal network of Continuous Improvement experts. You will have direct accountability for the program's success, leading both direct and indirect teams, as well as overseeing financial commitments and results tracking.

· Serve as a leader, working closely with collaborators from Masco & Liberty. You must have strong interpersonal skills and deep expertise in MOS, Continuous Improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

· Collaborate with business teams to establish and implement a long-term Continuous Improvement strategy that aligns with business objectives and metrics. Ensure that measurements accurately reflect the key drivers of organizational success.

· Engage leadership in the MOS and Continuous Improvement journey, applying change management techniques to gain agreement for the strategy. Act as a coach to senior and site leaders, helping prioritize key projects and initiatives.

· Establish and maintain processes for regularly updating the MOS and Continuous Improvement roadmap to support forecasting, annual planning, and multi-year strategic goals.

· Develop and implement standardized execution and reporting structures to track the impact on key performance metrics.

· Lead MOS maturity assessments, ensuring talent development and standardization of processes and tools. Coordinate reviews and communicate progress toward goals and measurable impact.

· Conduct gap analyses to identify deficiencies in business processes, directly linking improvements to bottom-line results.

· Support cross-functional teams in demonstrating Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive enterprise-wide change and improve value creation.

· Lead, guide, and develop MOS and Continuous Improvement resources, promoting a team culture focused on achieving goals and taking responsibility.

· Collaborate with Human Resources to create effective programs for hiring, training, professional development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Approve objectives for direct reports and evaluate their performance through coaching and training.

· Promote a culture of creativity, speed, efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the organization.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or Master's in a related field) is a plus.

· Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role, driving large-scale Continuous Improvement initiatives.

· Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.

· Experience with the Masco Operating System (MOS) or a similar operational excellence framework is preferred.

· Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent) or comparable certifications required.
