Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RIM Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Regulatory Information Management (RIM) metadata system and oversee the migration of regulatory data from a legacy platform. The role involves ensuring a seamless transition by collaborating with vendors, IT, and regulatory stakeholders to achieve a successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of a new RIM metadata system covering regulatory applications, submissions, and registrations
• Manage all aspects of legacy data migration, including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Coordinate efforts across business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
• Manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality, on-time project completion

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
• Extensive experience managing regulatory systems and data migration projects
• Strong understanding of RIM-related metadata and business processes
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• PMP certification preferred
