Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) to support strategic thought partnership with US and Global brand leads of a high-value asset. Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Team Lead, this role involves supporting brand-aligned senior strategists to identify and develop performance opportunities, unlocking brand value and advising on drivers of transformational change. You will be part of the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) organization, harnessing insights from multiple sources, supporting problem solving, team and business partner management. Your deep functional analytic knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and proprietary GCA tools will make you an indispensable thought partner, influencing senior brand VPs and ensuring high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-value brand consultancy, responsible for framing, designing, and executing solutions for challenging business situations. They possess in-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, with a keen understanding of output and insight derivation. Their team-oriented, collaborative approach, outstanding listening skills, and influence management will enable their analytical curiosity to shine. Their executive demeanor, comfort working with senior VPs, and excellent storytelling, presentation, verbal and writing skills are essential. The ability to work collaboratively and influence change at all organizational levels is crucial.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Commercial Brand Strategy: Acting as a strategic partner to US commercial teams, framing and investigating key business questions, supporting business reviews, connecting market research and analytics, developing research plans, defining goals and metrics, and supporting scenario analyses and performance tracking.
  2. Promotional Strategy and Execution Insights: Developing and monitoring KPIs, recommending campaign improvements, evaluating assets, integrating insights for resource allocation, and collaborating on marketing collateral and segmentation initiatives.
  3. Portfolio Strategy & Analytics: Leading evaluation of portfolio data, guiding analytics acquisitions, and identifying insights from proprietary datasets.
  4. Collaboration with Analytics Teams: Supporting cross-functional insights integration, sharing knowledge, and advancing the use of novel data sources, including RWD.
  5. Organizational Relationships: Interacting regularly with senior leaders, market research, data science, and other analytics teams.
  6. Qualifications: BA/BS in relevant fields, 6+ years in analytics or consulting, 3+ years at a high-value level, proven influence with senior leaders, collaboration skills, and proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools like Tableau.
