Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Provider Contracting Senior Manager to lead national value-based care partnerships remotely, partnering with Medicare/Medicaid teams to advance VBC initiatives across specialties.

You will identify and contract with specialty and Medicaid providers, develop financial models, and ensure timely deployment of VBC strategies with cross-functional teams. A strong background in value-based care contracts is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of value-based care contracting and provider relations experience.
• Medicaid or Medicare contracting experience with large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience with value-based care financial models and risk-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and complete contracting with specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Develop relationships with leaders of specialty or Medicaid provider organizations to design growth strategies.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Partner with finance to develop financial models and VBC contracts for portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with Network and Segment teams to timely deploy VBC strategies.
• Conduct market analyses and collaborate with contracting and clinical teams to create innovative value-based concepts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from model development to ROI demonstrations for scalable deployment.
• Serve as liaison among internal stakeholders to align reimbursement initiatives with needs of customers.
