Western Union is seeking a Senior Manager for North America FP&A Consolidation & Analysis in the United States. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to drive performance, refine forecasting, and deliver timely reporting.

This is a high-impact position guiding planning processes and financial strategy. You will mentor team members, lead complex analyses, and support enterprise-wide finance initiatives while ensuring adherence to controls and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience developing financial models and business performance analyses.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to support decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Lead North America financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and analysis processes.
• Develop and maintain annual operating plans, forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support operations and initiatives.
• Serve as a finance business partner to leaders, guiding priorities and financial decisions.
• Lead or contribute to CFO initiatives and cross-functional projects.
