Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years in management consulting, banking, strategy, or related corporate role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in building financial models (NPV, IRR, payback).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with exposure to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual strategic planning process with regional and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to align on assumptions and recommendations.
• Prepare clean, executive-ready presentation content for senior partners.
• Apply structured problem-solving to resolve ambiguous topics.
• Support ERM processes and Board discussions with synthesized content.
• Assist Corporate M&A in acquisitions, divestitures, and investments as needed.
• Develop financial models and market analyses to validate opportunities.
