Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Sr. Manager Engineering, North America Applications and Systems to lead the NA Applications Engineering and Systems teams in Radford, VA.

The role reports to the Global VP Sales with a focus on delivering customer‑facing engineering solutions and coordinating between product engineering and business units. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, forecast future technical needs, and ensure interoperability and quality in product developments while leading a

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in industrial automation.
• Minimum 5 years of application engineering, systems engineering or design engineering with heavy customer interface.
• Management or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑ and post‑sale customer engagements for North America.
• Manage data, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects (kaizens, process improvements).
• Set standard work interfaces with other functions for North America.
• Schedule field service visits for troubleshooting, commissioning and training.
• Manage the budget for the Applications and Systems Engineering team.
