Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Engineering, North America Applications and Systems, to lead the NA Level 2 Applications Engineering and Systems Engineering teams onsite at our Radford, VA HQ. You will balance strategic improvements with hands-on customer support, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction across regions.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in industrial automation, and management experience, with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Level 2 Applications Engineering and Systems Engineering teams.
• Drive post-sales customer support for MCS products and systems.
• Collaborate with global regional teams to share knowledge and standardize practices.
• Track and improve KPIs via kaizens and process improvements.
• Manage the North America Product Training function and deliver external training.
• Coordinate live on-site and off-site training sessions and develop content.
• Establish standard work for the North America support structure.
• Support other functions (Production, Quality, Engineering) on quality and testing per customer requirements.
• Schedule field service visits for troubleshooting, commissioning and training.
• Manage the Applications and Systems Engineering budget.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites.
