Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Engineering, North America Applications and Systems, to lead the NA Level 2 Applications and Systems Engineering team onsite at our Radford, Virginia headquarters. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic product support for key customers.

You will drive kaizen and process improvements, coordinate cross‑regional projects, and ensure interoperability and high quality in product development. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in Industrial Automation.
• Minimum 3 years application engineering, systems engineering or design engineering with heavy customer interface.
• Management or leadership experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, track, and optimize NA Level 2 Applications and Systems Engineering teams.
• Collaborate across regions to share knowledge and standardize best practices.
• Define quality issues and test products per customer requirements.
• Plan and execute customer training at sites and in-house.
• Manage budget and travel up to 25% for client engagements.
