Responsibilities

• Own the mortgage digital product roadmap for PenFed Home pages.
• Lead AI-first design to personalize engagement and automate processes.
• Architect end-to-end experiences linking PenFed Mortgage, Realty, and Insurance.
• Define requirements, flows, content hierarchy, and KPI tracking for pages.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Governance teams.
