Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sr Manager, Modernization to lead and direct Modernization field operations across the Central region. This role is remote with 50% travel and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex bids and projects.

You will supervise teams, analyze financial results, collaborate with field staff to diagnose equipment issues, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Modernization staff and field operations.
• Analyze office-level financial results, identify variances and drivers, report and support corrective actions.
• Monitor field tests and first inspection/data reports.
• Collaborate with field teams to diagnose equipment issues and address customer concerns.
• Analyze complaint trends and implement solutions to improve schedules.
• Champion operational excellence across Modernization field Operations.
• Develop recommendations for product designs and performance.
• Ensure quality of all modernizations in the Operating Area.
