Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Services for the Mining Industry to lead team management and provide technical expertise across business development and project delivery in environmental risk management, impact strategy, and implementation, particularly within mining and related sectors.

The role requires extensive experience in environmental risks in mining, biodiversity, decarbonization, tailings, water, and rehabilitation initiatives, with a track record in North America

Qualifications

Strong expertise in environmental risks in mining.
Experience designing and implementing environmental management plans.
Experience overseeing biodiversity, decarbonization, major hazards, tailings, waste, water, air, and rehabilitation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality results across complex assignments.
Oversee proposal development, budgeting, planning, implementation, and reporting for timely delivery.
Identify, engage and manage partners/subcontractors to strengthen technical quality and delivery capacity.
Manage partner/subcontractor performance to ensure contractually compliant delivery of inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
Serve as Project Director, ensuring quality assurance for deliverables and budgets.
