Job summary

Palladium seeks a Senior Manager, Environmental Services for the Mining Industry to lead teams and provide technical expertise across environmental risk management, impact strategy, and implementation within mining, infrastructure, and nature-based solutions. English fluency plus another language is required; Masters preferred.

The role can be based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office or remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a client-facing management role on large mining projects.
• 5+ years directly with mining companies as clients.
• Fluency in English and another language (French/Spanish/Portuguese) required.
• Master's in Environmental Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver client-focused results.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Manage partners and subcontractors for compliant delivery.
• Serve as Project Director with budget and client relations oversight.
• Contribute to technical proposals targeting private sector and financiers.
