Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager for Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering - Power Cables for the Digital Data Networks business unit. The Sr.MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.

This position will be located remotely in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical-related field.
• 13+ years related experience including 8+ years managerial experience.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing sites.
• Fluent in English with good presentation skills.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma industrial methods/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop power cable assembly manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineering on transitions to mass production.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate direct reports; provide performance feedback.
• Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between product development and manufacturing engineering.
