This role is responsible for developing and executing market activation materials across all brands, geographies, and channels in the USA and Canada. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate brand plans into impactful merchandising materials—such as stealable merch and retailtainment—that promote successful activation and support the North American Operating Unit’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will utilize insights, influence decision-making with data, and work with cross-functional partners and bottling partners to enhance scale, affordability, in-store engagement, and basket incidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and suppliers to develop strategic merchandising solutions that ensure top-tier execution, strengthen brand equity, and improve the commercial performance (e.g., printed POS elements, displays, racks, premiums).
  • Enhance scalability and cost-effectiveness by managing vendor partnerships and understanding channel-specific commercial needs.
  • Provide expertise to guide the creation of concepts from ideation through production and market activation.
  • Foster collaboration, navigate complex decisions, and maintain resilience to achieve results.
  • Leverage system scale to deliver savings, innovation, consistency, quality, and excellence in commercial execution.
  • Challenge the system to maximize value and savings, aligning early with CAMs to influence subsidy allocations.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses and steward program results, including post-program evaluations.
  • Manage program timelines and budgets effectively, utilizing tools like the Coke Catalog.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Ideally 5 years of experience leading marketing activations across geographies in complex, global environments, or similar experience in brand strategy and application across channels and shopper personas.

Functional Skills:

  • Influencing, excellent communication skills, high organization, self-starting attitude.
  • Data-driven decision-making for post-program analysis and upstream influence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
