Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or 2 years' retail experience.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships across priority partners and build senior level engagement.
• Develop and execute partner growth strategies focused on membership and expansion.
• Manage partner performance, risk, and forward-looking plans with opportunities for deepening relationships.
• Lead business development from concept through negotiation, contracting, launch, and optimization.
• Coach and guide junior team members in partner management and analytics.
