Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR seeks a Senior Manager to shape Walmart+ benefit experiences. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, translate insights into actions, and influence product, operations, and analytics partners to improve member trust, engagement, and loyalty.

The role combines customer feedback with behavioral data to propose clear recommendations, define success metrics, and drive measurable improvements across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
• Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to diagnose complex customer or operational problems and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize meaningful member experience opportunities by combining member feedback, behavioral and operational data, business priorities, and knowledge of how Walmart+ benefits operate.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations, including the member problem, size of the opportunity, root causes, potential solutions, tradeoffs, and expected impact.
• Deeply diagnose member problems and their root causes by understanding the end-to-end customer experience across UX, product, and operations.
• Develop hypotheses backed by data evidence to determine why member needs are not being met and where changes could create impact.
