Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed health plan.
• 3+ years developing product strategies with competitive data.
• Experience driving cost containment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with plan benefit data.
• Experience developing product content/PPT and leadership presentations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME within Product Management and Development to complete complex analytics.
• Interpret legislative, competitive and industry issues to propose new products or enhancements.
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps incorporating customer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate new product ideas based on customer input.
• Plan and decommission underperforming products with proactive customer impact plans.
• Lead national and local product strategy guidance and standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning.
