Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Product Manager - Medicare Advantage, Service Area to lead development, implementation, and performance of differentiated plan offerings across multiple states. You will drive strategic benefit design, manage vendor partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for market-aligned products.

The role targets a strategic thinker with strong product, consulting, or business-strategy background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, strategy, or consulting; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated success in benefit development, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with a strategic lens across product, finance, clinical, and operations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external partners.
• Experience developing differentiated benefit strategies and identifying strategic vendor opportunities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite advanced proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, benefit development, and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee product implementation, requirements gathering, and vendor integration.
• Translate market insights into actionable concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and CMS/standards timelines.
• Monitor market trends; collaborate with actuarial and finance on viability.
• Lead stakeholder engagement; prepare executive-level presentations.
• Identify innovative vendor partnerships to differentiate products.
• Support CMS bids and communicate benefits across teams.
• Contribute to product training plans and internal communications.
