Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees may reduce experience by 2–4 years.
• Experience in Medical Device or regulated industry.
• Project/technical leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of small projects and portions of larger ones.
• Make key design decisions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, physicians, and product managers.
• Develop and maintain design history files.
• Mentor others and foster knowledge sharing.
• Represent Cook in industry standards and conferences.
