Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in construction management or 5 years in related fields.
• Masters: Architecture and Masters: Computer Engineering are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets, contractor payments, change orders and invoices to ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for construction projects.
• Lead crossfunctional teams and provide guidance on design changes and project execution.
• Coordinate schedules, document completion, and procurement to keep projects on track.
