Rick Shipman Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Walmart construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You must have 3+ years of Walmart project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Wrike, Holobuilder, and Pulse. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Walmart project management experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with construction software: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Wrike, Holobuilder, Pulse.

Responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities and project planning process.
• Take lead on various meetings.
• Work with Superintendents and field staff
• Finish projects in a timely manner
• Be on or under budget
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships
• Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities.
• Mentor and provide guidance.
