Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 3 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or related area required; OR 5 years' experience.
• Masters degrees in Architecture or Computer Engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction budgets are met by reviewing preconstruction budgets and tracking monthly/quarterly reports.
• Review and approve contractor payments, change orders, and invoices; manage project scope and contingency.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations; establish standards for contractors and suspend noncompliant work.
