Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Material Program Management to support the Tomahawk Missile Program in Tucson, Arizona. This onsite role requires leading a matrixed team to execute material strategy, including SSOW and collaboration with CGO and procurement leadership.

You will develop material strategies, manage POs burndown, and oversee CAM/EV reporting and EAC development while ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement initiatives and programs.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and recovery efforts.
• Experience with DoD proposals, negotiations and compliance requirements (e.g., TINA).

Responsibilities

• Develop material strategies that support Tomahawk multi-year production.
• Create PO burndown plans to monitor material requirements.
• Oversee CAM/EV reporting, material sales forecasting, and EAC development.
• Identify staffing gaps and strategies to address.
• Perform other duties as required.
